Release Notes: VpWebReports v.

  • Enhancement: Ability to generate a queue report showing call activity by hour (Queue Activity Report).
  • Enhancement: Ability to see the number 800 number the caller dialed (DID) inside the Queue Statistics and Queue Activity reports (Added Special numbers column, which shows how many calls were from the various 800 numbers that service a queue).
  • Enhancement: Applied Queue filter in "Agent statistics" reports which fixed some of calculation errors.
  • Enhancement / Change : Updated "Average time in queue in seconds" column labels.
